W12, is this some form of policy, a suggestion, or just something from a scaremongering site? Look at the URL - [Link] It's the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow Also look at the second page and the authors from: University of Cambridge And the key message: "We are legally committed to reducing the UK’s emissions to zero by 2050, and there isn’t time to do this by deploying technologies that don’t yet operate at scale. We need a public These people are directly dictating government policy.

They actually retired long term workers on good salaries and conditions and tried to hire lower paid/ less skilled/ temporary contract workers in Ireland. The wage is now 12 an hour or so and there are shifts with a 25-35 hour week. Not worth it for Ireland whatsoever, wouldn't pay for a garden shed. Cost cutting gone wrong. Ireland is now a complete Commie mess. The most generous dole on the Planet has truly fecked the whole Labour market. You would need to pay Benteke-type-wages to get a fella to stack shelves at the supermarket..... Not just the Airports....the whole place has come to a standstill. Except for all the dole-heads in the pubs.

Except for all the dole-heads in the pubs. Tell me about it. I've always said the richest in Ireland are those on the dole, in a council house, with a medical card. Professionals, however, cannot afford to live. We've got a class system now: idiots who work and those on the dole who laugh at them. Sinn Fein will sort it. To put it into context for UK people. Irish dole is 215 a week. Council/ housing association rent around 35. A medical card makes everything at the doctor or hospital free. I have to pay 55 to see a GP. Average rent in my area well over 1500 a month for an apartment. 2 grand for a house. My house was 335,000 a semi detached. Now about 400k. Edited by ASCPFC (01 Jun 2022 12.33pm)

As for their benefits much better than here.

Jobs galore Badger! Indeed however the salary and working hours are not good. Still we could import a few hundred thousand EU folk and pay them slave labour wages. Oh I forgot no we can't, so maybe these scummy companies might want to pay a decent wage if they want staff.
