That came into being to prevent Chelsea's owners from selling the stadium and moving the club to a different site. So it would appear that Stamford Bridge cannot be sold for property development & must remain a Football Stadium, canny bloke that Ken Bates. Interesting that RA doesn't own the Freehold to Stamford Bridge. That belongs to the Ken Bates initiated group, Chelsea Pitch Owners. That came into being to prevent Chelsea's owners from selling the stadium and moving the club to a different site.

So it would appear that Stamford Bridge cannot be sold for property development & must remain a Football Stadium, canny bloke that Ken Bates.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Goes to show how cynical the takeover was and raises questions as to how it was allowed.

Watching the news today, it looked lkke the Government are open to selling Chelsea as lkng as none of the proceeds goes to Abramovich or Russian interests. I think that Chelsea will be sold rather than it goto the wall. That being said, there are articles about Chelsea trying to offload their really high earners at the end of season ie. Lukaku, Werner, Havertz, Kante. The one player i'd love at Palace would be Pulisic. I think he is class.

Watching the news today, it looked lkke the Government are open to selling Chelsea as lkng as none of the proceeds goes to Abramovich or Russian interests.

I think that Chelsea will be sold rather than it goto the wall.

That being said, there are articles about Chelsea trying to offload their really high earners at the end of season ie. Lukaku, Werner, Havertz, Kante.

The one player i'd love at Palace would be Pulisic. I think he is class.

I don't get this itolerable hatred of Chelsea. Putin and RA yes. But outside of that and prior to that their fans knew they were crap. Know how lucky they have been and I never had an issue with their fans inside and outside of stadiums. We loved them when Gerrard slipped and now they are public enemy no 1. I mean we have billionaires on board who could have any number of skeletons. Could be total animals away from camera. I just don't get it!
