From the troubling statement from the family, and apparent regret at this getting out (the 'hacked' claim) it doesn't sound like anyone will be very forthcoming. I can't imagine that either party is tech aware enough to consider hiding what texts or media they have shared though though (all things considered!). My guess would be that when that is analysed the findings will fall broadly in line with how it appears on the surface. Until then, reporting restrictions will apply. As has been posited there's a leftfield possibility that this is some kind of stitch up, but that does seem like a remote possibility based on what's out there.

Only 1.5% of rape cases in the U.K. actually lead to charges. Of these it takes about 1,000 days from offence to completion of the trial, so I doubt we'll be hearing more anytime soon.
