A lot of developers don't sell on Rightmove, mostly agents.

Battersea Power Station is a perfect example to prove my point; the land is owned and developed by an Asian consortium, nearly all of the purchases were Asian investors, and even the on-site estate agent are run by a Chinese bloke to help communication with the owners.

They held launch events in;

Kuala Lumpur, New York, Dubai, Paris, Los Angeles, Milan, Tokyo, Beijing, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Doha.

7,500 places for sale in Zone 1.

That is plenty to be getting on with.

In that case how do you feel about non-UK residents being allowed to buy UK residential property and not living in it? Or buy-to-let landlords allowed to have large property portfolios that reduce the supply available for others to purchase and actually live in it?

How many non UK residents buy up 3 bed semis. Not many I reckon. Most buy the off plan high end London apartments. Paying a huge amount of tax in the process. Would these properties be better and more financially viable to sit there unsold?

This is before this tax rise has been announced too.

Edit: no it’s not. Good to see it’s gone down well.

I don't see Labour doing well with Starmer. His charisma cannot be described as charisma on any type of scale. Maybe postal votes can help him?
However, tax rises do not go down well with the average Tory voters. I'm presuming there's a rise for Greens and smaller parties? As Labour don't seem to have gained much.
