Anyone else receive another email from the club about the Brentford game rather than the upcoming Spurs one?

Emailed the Box office and received:

"This email has been sent by mistake by our third-party provider, our HR department has been made aware of this and are investigating the matter.
We can only apologise for this as we are aware fans are still waiting for information regarding access to home matches, this will be sent out soon sometime before the Tottenham match.
Once again we are sorry for the confusion and we look forward to having you at Selhurst on 11th September."

I hope it's sent well before the Spurs game, just to allow everyone to sort themselves out/download/print as necessary . . .

It doesn't exactly fill you with confidence. Amateur hour at times.

I received that email, I thought it must be my season ticket and spent about 5 minutes looking for it. The club just seem to balls everything up lately.

I hope the club get to see your message.
After making sure they have our cash, they thrust this digital system on supporters, without even any consultation, and their view is like or lump it.
The plastic card season ticket suited all and should be retrained for those who prefer it.
I have a smart phone and can handle the new system, but I find it far more convenient to use a little plastic card,I don't always want to carry my phone everywhere, and there are less things to go wrong with the card.

All true. You forget to charge the phone, or run out of juice, or can't get a signal, or there's a software problem. The switch to mobiles showed a pathetic trust in new technology. Using your plastic card was so simple - evidently too simple for someone. I suspect using mobiles is also about collecting data on us for marketing and other purposes too. Do we trust them on this? (Answer: no)

What about all the elderly and disabled fans who have no e-mail or smartphones and to be fair do not know anything about these because they lack the capacity.
I think its time to shame and let the local press and insidecroydon know what the greedy American scum owners are doing to the CPFC elderly and disabled fans and fans without smartphones.
They are an absolute disgrace.

I also hate it & quickly falling out love with the football match experience !
Trouble is every premier league club have to switch to this digital tickets nonsense !
I dont want to use my phone for entry so will rebel against the new system & print tickets.
Hate to say it but maybe even give up on going at all

I chased the box office yesterday and received the following:

"All season ticket holders will be sent an email within the next few days regarding how they will be entering the ground this weekend and this will include the downloadable ticket also.

It will either be an e-ticket similar to the Brentford fixture, or it will be a digital season ticket that you will download to your mobile wallet and scan at the turnstiles every home match.

An update should be sent out to you by Wednesday, so please look out for this email."

Not much use for those without a smart phone or access to a printer - and it's laughable how late in the day they are doing this.

Absolutely ridiculous, this should have been sorted by now, the way it's going there is going to be chaos at the turnstiles on Saturday.

They'll send us an email in the next few days ?
It's quite incredible that with the second home game of the season virtually upon us, that the club can't tell season ticket holders how they will gain entry to Selhurst Park, to watch matches which they readily took payment for, many months ago.
