Wow you’ve shoehorned the Tory party and inflation into the carnival thread.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

No worries mate. I do remember St George's being a holiday, then it being a half day closing kind of a thing, then nothing. So I guess it is kind of funny that the Notting Hill Carnival highlights black culture, yet no way would there be a St George's Day parade. I don't quite think grannies at the Queen's things attack each other, but you probably do get the odd death. Particularly on a hot day. They could have a Meghan v Kate argument and hit each other with brollies perhaps.

My main point is that coppers dancing and doing the wokey cokey at the carnival get"s attacked by some on here, but if they did it at certain other events I already mentioned its perfectly acceptable and a laugh! Does make you thionk doesn"t it? On the bungle front, I wanted the thieving ,lying , cheating cnut out, but the fight has just begun- until all his loyal cabinet-and the unloyal ones, are out, liz, jacob, nadine, dom , quasi and the bloke who used his allowance to heat the stables, the chancellor , the battle continues! Don"t shoot the messenger thou- don"t steal the taxpayers NHS money- and I wont report- simples!

To be honest, having been educated about just how peaceful and loving the NHC truly is then perhaps the issue about the cops is that we withdraw them all together next year. Or perhaps police it to the same level as say the Chelsea Flower show? Both are West London institutions and happen every year? It is clear that the event is over-policed and they probably bring all manner of hostile vibes to what is, nothing more than a bit of a street party. Ok, so there was a murder but that was probably just larks that got out of hand and given the low level of arrests (only a single one for robbery) then perhaps it's time to give the event the benefit of the doubt. Compare that to the Chelsea Flower Show for example where those old Gammons are constantly trying to half-inch all manner of cuttings, with known trouble makers even rumoured to smuggle in secateurs! Knife crime at its worse and ALL white, I can guarantee that. No. Time to give people want they want and if that is no cops, then so be it.

I Googled 'Skullduggery at the Chelsea flower show', yet could find none. Also tried crime but I thought skullduggery might get more results. I'll have to send in a Freedom of Information request.
