Think the historian Peter Manning might disagree with you I think he probably would. The iron work was painted light blue and white to blend in with the sky. Colours matched this

I appreciate the heritage link but unless you happen to have fond memories of the crystal palace team in the 1860s then this is just a Blackburn Rovers kit. Smart enough, but nothing to do with the club I've always supported. I think it's disrespectful towards Rovers. I've liked their kit since I was a child, it's almost unique amongst leading clubs, and as far as I know they haven't flipped and flopped but have stayed with it for decades - in stark contrast to our own club.

I don’t know Unless they had T20 in the 1800s but you seem to be getting your knickers in a twist over a 3rd kit. I would suspect that the powers that be have looked into this, but perhaps they should have consulted you first. Edited by Spiderman (26 Jul 2021 6.13pm)

I like it better than the yellow away strip ! Light, airy with a touch of class with the original CP inset. If the home strip is as original I'll be happy. But, as mentioned before, if we start to play some decent football (and go places) I don't care if we play in cerise and daffodil ....

The club seriously has to look at selling shirts without sponsors logo. Sponsors pay to advertise themselves in the EPL & on ground branding. They do NOT pay supporters/fans to give them free advertising
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Have to say, best Palace kit I've seen in years. The first one in memory I've been tempted to buy. Love the historical aspect, love the understated look, love the black logo. It actually looks tasteful (for a football kit) rather than gaudy. If the new home kit is half as good as this, I'll be delighted.
