That's a highly unlikely scenario. Schools, nurseries, and shops seem to be the sources. Stupid of him yes. Let the police deal with it. How would the people claiming he should be fined and dropped feel is suddenly he put in a transfer request after losing 3 weeks wages? 8 players have their contract up. Eze and Wilf are our best players that's contract aren't expiring. Let's not turn on our own. I don’t think many or any have said he should be dropped, but he should be fined, as all prem players caught would’ve been. Do you think it’s the right route to go down treating Eze and zaha different to everyone else? What do you think will go on in the heads of Eze and everyone else? Do you think Roy does this anyway? You’re very wrong if you think he does. He doesn’t put up with it, which is why he commands respect from his employers and players. What you think is a likely or unlikely scenario is irrelevant. Aside from the fact it’s clear it’s squads only allowed, should we let or encourage all our players to watch their mates play and see how many player we have available for January and February? Don’t worry, clubs don’t suspend their own players for financial reasons, but they ALL fine ANYONE who breaks very serious rules. You may not know but they all get fined if they’re late for training and matches seeing as dropping and fining is they only tangible thing they can do to maintain discipline and clubs want to win football matches I it’s only under extreme circumstances do they drop players. According to today's media Eze didn't have permission from the FA and it seems that he actually asked QPR whether he could attend and it was his third visit in recent months. My guess is that he didn't have Palace's permission either but I'm sure that it will all come out in the wash

There appears to be a lack of discipline at the club

The FA need to step in and set come clear guidelines as to what punishment is expected e.g. banning. If they don't stop this type of bad behaviour football will be banned, the public are not going to put up with it.

Roy will bench him for next 2 games. He wont need to be encouraged to because exciting talents like him are not Roys cup of tea. Can see him going with PVA in Schlupps place who wouldnt give Mitchell any more protection than Eze would have.
