Obviously still awaiting season ticket stuff hoping thats just as simple to sort To be fair the refunds for the single match and away ran smoothly, why the f then introduce a new ticket system between refunds. I知 sure most will just roll over the credit to next seasons but there is plenty out now feeling the pinch and x amount back would be most welcome.

Meanwhile there is no delay in extracting money from us, I'm getting bombarded with emails from the Palace shop to buy outdated shirts, and programmes for games which I can't attend.

Not for me Kev, I got Leicester away ｣31.50 but despite emailing in to the box office several times I'm still waiting for Bounemouth and 2 x coach travel! They asked me to detail what they owed me which I did on the 12th June & since then no reply for them and defo no refunds! Am soooo plssed off with the club am probably not renewing & just doing seleceted home games and go to more aways.

The Booking Office send out a round robin email at the end of last week re: crap new ticketing system saying they'd be in touch this week about our refunds but that looks increasingly unlikely. They are never as disorganised when taking money from us so this really is pi$$ poor treatment for supporters.

I suspect it was only because I'd emailed them a few days earlier and asked why the refund wasn't showing on my account as they had promised? Don't worry ... cos of the feck up they probably don't know who their supporters are!

A few Palace groups on FB posted the link up & as i posted on one, which email will we get 1st, this or the refund one? Will they only be offered to those ST holders who will give their refund to the Academy? Edited by eagleman13 (19 Jun 2020 12.06pm)
