What a waste of time, massive drop in performance can’t be having that against Brighton. Watford were crap too just tried to be physical, no real quality. The only fair result today would be if both teams lost. Even if this were the only game today we’d still be last on MOTD. Take the point though and would certainly have taken 4 from two games after Sakhos red Tuesday night.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Watford did what Deaney said they do - they lined up to take it in turns to foul Wilf. They wound him up too, which was their objective. We couldn't match the intensity of the last two matches but Ayew missed a glorious chance on 79. We got a point thanks to several last-ditch challenges by Cahill and a great save by Guaita. Think I'm satisfied with a point, after all that.

We looked like a team who had played midweek with 10 men for 70+ minutes. No attacking threat but the points tally ticks over, 3 clean sheets in a row and we get a point more at Watford than we did last season. Shrug the shoulders and move on.

Absolute filth. Benteke's contribution seemed to be a very promising ball through to Zaha, who was then fouled in what should have been a goal-scoring opportunity. I'm looking forward to not playing this lot next season. Here's hoping for relegation.
