The club doesn't have much money at the moment so signing Sako is a sensible move and his wages should be reasonable also.

I worry about this deal as in he could be the striker we are after and that’s all we’re getting as when he improved in form it was only when Roy/ray converted him from a winger to a forward

All I meant was, if he signs for us and is our player in time for tomorrow's game, he wouldn't be able to play for us in the 4th round because he has already played for West brom in the 3rd round.
