To come out of that run of games with two draws and two defeats, having been unlucky not to take more, is a credit to Roy and the players. We were competitive against each one of those teams and can now enjoy an easier run of games ahead. No question for me that Roy should stay, we're clearly miles better than our lowly position and if we had a couple of goal threats would be higher up. I still get wound up with how late he makes his subs but it's a very small gripe in a fantastic afternoon.
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold... |

Terrific performance today & better still the composure to hold out at the end & not leak a late one as we've done time before. A bit of confidence gained & hopefully a win next week against Burnley will see our luck change

great point, and could easily have had 3. best we've played for ages imo. i think that formation and line up work best for us at the moment. meyer had his best game so far. as usual tho, itll be all about how bad utd were, and not how well we played.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

A terrific result. I have always said that after our run against Arsenal,Chelsea, Tottenham and Man Utd if we were outside the relegation zone after the Man Utd game this would be a real bonus and 2 pts from these games have ensured we are not in the bottom three. We now need to get a much needed win next week against Burnley to build on the excellent result today.

Because by all accounts, we were the team in control and were causing them all sorts of issues. Waited for the right moment and played for the point. I think if we went too negative too early we may well of lost.

We were very good today... Easily the better team (Never thought I'd hear myself say that at old Trafford!!)
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

lets hoppe we keep it going then...if our form remains good then I don't see relegation...but we still need a striker to bag em!

Great point today but we should have scored at least one. I think we looked very composed and in control for most of the gamebut I was terrified they were gonna nick one at the end. I think roy has finally found a slot in the team for Meyer. He looked excellent today and didnt stop running. We are still out of the relegation zone which is a major plus after those 4 games now we have 4 very winnable games. We have 7 games in December which is going to stretch us to the max but with a bit of luck we will have a couple of players back. Edited by EddieMac (24 Nov 2018 5.17pm)

Fantastic result but a poor performance against a mediocre Man Utd that were there for the taking. I'm amazed at how well Hennessey is doing this season, he's like a different player. As soon as we can score or at least hit the target I'll stop worrying. Poor performance? I don't think so.
