Reading these last few pages, at least politicians are more intelligent than the majority of the population, although that’s enough to keep them in and more able people for the roles out unfortunately. I reckon even Polly Toynbee would be embarrassed by these emotional outbursts and blame pointing.

The Brookings Institution in the US found that if you did these 3 things, you will escape poverty and have over 75 per chance of joining the middle class. 1. Finish high school The poor are better off with the conservative principles of taking individual responsibility and not the socialist model of being dependent on welfare.
