People who drive too fast up the arse of people wanting to get into their drives, so that they daren't stop and reverse.

People who ignore that you have been signalling and slowing down in order to get into your drive, and sound their horn and swear at you.

I have plenty more to say on this, but no-one would take any notice.

People who drive straight onto their drives when they live on a busy main road, which means they risk carnage by having to reverse, unsighted out onto said busy main road!!

Supposedly salt-of-the-Earth tradesman, whom quote a price for a service and then put prices up a third the days before said services were supposedly to be undertaken. Then they get the arse when I get another tradesman to fix my fence.

Conniving b******s.

On that subject, people who pave over the entirety of their front gardens, giving wildlife fewer and fewer options. Ditto for putting decking down in back gardens. Tossers.

how about just a bit of decking?
maybe a 10th of the garden, if the rest is pretty pretty green & eco tastic?

in the trade is known as emporers new clothes.
or faguza, its the biggest sales con ever.
tbf we are also a bit sulky that there is no trade discount, but apart from that i could slag them off all night..
a reasonable trade paint will cover in 2, theres is often 3.
it does not touch uo too well, but grins or patches.
I remember first being introduced to it late 80s in clapham/ balham by types that did not want the same paint names as the prols, so they will pay for ' mouses clunge' or 'elephants tie' but its magnolia with fur knickers.
dont touch it.
pm me if you want to pay 20 quid for the same from johnstones trade in croydon.
just wont have a flash tin..

Noisy neighbours. I live in a property owned by a housing association (as is the vast majority in the block). The property below was sold and the owner is sub letting. The tenants are a f*cking nightmare, noise, dogs crapping everywhere, shouting and swearing at all hours. One of them riding a motorbike up and down the roads on the estate.

I tell the housing association..we can't do anything they say. When I point out that they are the freeholders and the people are causing damage to their property, we still can't do anything they say. I try environmental health, we need photos and recordings, try the police, can't do anything as on private land.

You could well read in the papers of a middle aged man going loopy against Arriva Trains Wales (who are sh*t of the highest order)and then coming home and going all Jihadi on the tw*ts downstairs, then the Housing Association. I have reached full Falling Down mode.

I feel your pain, I am lucky as I get on with my neighbours. The only thing I can suggest is you start video recording the antics and post them on social media naming and shaming the Housing Association. These days organisations only seem to pay attantion when that happens.
