This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle Outside of Zaha we don't have any real danger men who can take players on - that's the bottom line. IF we can get him on the cheap both in terms of wage deal and transfer fee, then I don't see him as a bad option. That said there are 100 Bolassies playing around Europe 5-10 years younger that could probably be a better option in terms of overall quality, potential and resale value.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle We still lack genuine quality in depth, it’s really starting to come together with options like Kouyate to cover the CM and push for a place, Dann, Ward, Hennessy, Wickham and Sørlorth etc. But out wide we have Schlupp and Andros, maybe Meyer but who knows where he will play. We absolutely need another quality wide player unless Roy thinks Kaikai is PL quality. If we don’t break the bank this would be a really positive signing.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle There’s no way he is on 45k a week otherwise, he would be linked to lots of clubs. His wages are clearly a stumbling block and he still has two or three years to run. That means any new club will have to pay a fee and put a 29 year old winger who realise on pace a three year deal. - unlikely. I can’t see him leaving Everton unless it’s for free

He will no doubt mainly play as striker , but he can obviously play there if/when he is needed.

Won't be a big market for him and that IMO isn't because he's on massive wages. Think everyone is far to quick to read click bait and assume its true... Bolasie £100k/wk, no chance.

Not forgetting Wilf, but can’t see him playing as a winger much, if at all this season. Our entire way of playing is dependent on having someone with his attributes in a free role up top. If he plays out wide, we don’t have strikers who can play the same role as him, we only have big no. 9 type of players.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Yannick Bolasie' by Midlands Eagle These 2 sites have his salary at 75-80k pw A realistic wage given recent injuries would be nearer the 45k pw and there would probably be takers. The best bet for player and Everton would probably be a loan with new club paying about 45kpw towards wages and with an obligation to buy if he plays more than 25 league games

Yes there are 100 Bolassies, but this Bolasie is proven at Palace.
