You mentioned 'political point scoring'... What are your opinions about those those obsessively do that, quite articulately too sometimes, and are quite happy to spread nonsense and lies in order to achieve their aims?

Gary Lineker?

You just wasted your time although you said you wouldn't. Next time maybe?

We need to hear from the Master, Mr.Pot, on this.

Mrs. May unattractive unlikeable.

Mrs.Patel attractive likeable.

You do the maths.

If I remember Mrs.Thatcher only had 2 ladies in cabinet and got rid of them pronto.

Yes, man-child Owen Jones is literally furiously rubbing himself at the thought of Johnson getting the sack. The political naivety of it - kind of reminds me of the left wing komrades here. Cute in a way.

Sacking Johnson will be the worst possible thing that can happen for your preposterous Corbynite turnips-for-christmas aspirations.

Having Boris "no principles other than lust for power" Johnson on the backbenches stirring it even more in open revolt as a challenger for the leadership....perfect recipe for Tory disunity as EU give us a complete hiding over next few months in Brexit talks....not long before there will be a majority in the country for a very soft Brexit/EEA association.

Whatever happens if the Tories manage to not have Johnson as leader for the next election then they will only have themselves to blame.....and they will get an enormous kicking from the right if they don't win.

The general public as a mass aren't interested in these sanctimonious poe faced offence junkies. They would vote for someone like Johnson as they did in London....despite it being a Labour city.

Social justice warrior lite May is a disaster and as soon as the Brexit two year time table is over...whatever the outcome of that is....she has to go and the Tories contest the election with someone popular with the 'don't knows'.

Charismatic as Johnson is I just don't think he comes over with the required reliability nor trustworthiness to help see us through the next decade and, as such, would be really up against it v Corbyn. Boris would be difficult to elect with a majority. I just don't see him as PM material at all. He is barely good enough for The Cabinet.

I think that Boris should be sacked from the Government so that he could go back to doing what he does best - guest panellist on Have I Got News For You

It doesn't really matter whether you see him as PM material or not as it's the opinion of the man on the Clapham omnibus that matters and surely he is loved by the masses, warts and all

It could be felt it takes some doing to describe those appalled by his latest self-inflicted c@@k up as "sanctimonious poe(sic) faced offence junkies" with a straight face...but each to their own

That apart, the "general public as a mass" are no doubt realising that the man is an incompetent buffoon regardless of whatever views he espouses (and they change as often as the direction of the wind"

Churchill's defeat at the 1945 General Election springs to mind. The masses thought he couldn't deliver even after winning a World War. Boris would have difficulty delivering a pizza.

There are valid criticisms of Johnson....mind you there are valid criticisms of most politicians. What matters is what party rules....Brexit is by far the most important situation for the next ten years and we need a leaver leading it.

Let's see the country decide.

Johnson v Corbyn.....2020.

Both leavers...just one of them honest about it.

That was....to be fair...a very different circumstance.

Churchill was always more suited as a war leader.....he was very forthright and marmite...and disliked for it within his own party.

The country.....obviously thought extremely highly of Churchill.....He was re-elected and anyone who goes to YouTube and watches his funeral will see it writ large.

Wasn't he voted the greatest Britain a few years back?
