To go through all this only to possibly bring in Woy, who we f***ing denied the job to before would be absolutely embarrassing.

This has been the epitome of 1 step forward and 2 steps back. To put so much effort into appointing somebody, only to not give them time to do anything before firing them and putting yourself back into the position you were 3 months ago is simply just insane. Insane!

INSANE!

Parish told Sky back in June that 37 managers were on the 'short list' when choosing de Boer.

Parish detractors are more of a threat to the club than Parish could ever be. If he decides to leave because of all the over emotional flak from idiots then we truly are in trouble.

Parish has made a mistake with De Boer and everybody makes mistakes but this guy and his group saved this club and made the decisions that enabled the club to be promoted.

People forget that we had no right to be promoted.....We were a middling spending Championship side. The Freedman era had some brilliant transfers in it.

Most managers have little more loyalty to their clubs than players do. Parish is a fan who has put his money into the club, you don't get more loyal than that.

and he walks on water, get real its the future that counts not the past which can't be changed!

If he wasn't a palace fit, then I dont mind the quick hook. However, the decision should have been made during international break and before window closed.

Nothing that happened yesterday should have changed the decision, whatever it is.

He is not the only one. Only we don't get back the many thousands spent over the decades. He got his back within a few years and still owns 18%. Not bad. Great businessman average chairman.

Stupid comment. Would he be sacked if we won 2-0 yesterday?

So you think that amount of investment in a club about to go out of business represented a good financial investment do you?

Somehow I doubt you'd ever make a financial adviser.

Palace's promotion came about with a hell of a lot of luck.

He seems to find being decisive a problem generally. Apparently he changed his mind about going on Dragons Den at the last minute and really p1ssed off the producer.

'Walks on water'? Didn't I just say people have the right to criticise.

If Parish and 2010 left this club then we truly would be in trouble and you'd have American businessmen running it.

Some people don't know a good thing when they have it.

I Honestly do not know what to think at the moment. I'm lurching between knee-jerk and semi reasoned responses, all contradicting One another!

There must be more to it than just the results. If not, the Performance yesterday was enough to give FdB some more games.

Unfortunately, all this has told me about Parish is that he either was never convinced about FdB or that he doesn't have the strength in his convictions to follow through on FdBs appointment.

I feel sorry for the lot of them, really.
Parish; has had bad run of Managers - which I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt over. Pulis left under a cloud, Pardew had to go (Parish kept him on too long - maybe this had something do do with the quick FdB sacking?) BFS walked for Personal reasons.
FdB; never really given the support. His targets didnt come for whatever reason, and then given no time to implement a change in style. AND sacked after his best performance.

All this has done is cast Palace back into disarray. Another new manager to implement another new set of training methods for our players to get used to.
At Least now we have 5 games where we're not expected to win !
It's not time for Parish to go. If he went now, then it would only make matters worse.
