I agree he should come on here and give it aswell. He should come on here vs those saying he should step down as owner, chairman etc etc. It's so moronic I can't believe idiots keep saying it. But society has to function with different levels of intelligence or skill or whatever it is. Not that you look down on them but they shouldn't have licence to think they can or should bring down an owner who isn't failing in everything, but really has no qualified help or expert advice.

We get no one except loanees a chap from holland who has growing pains and SAKHO De bore must have identified players to bring in and Parish must have stopped him if not then DE bore has got to go now ???????? Perhaps you should of put your hand into your deep pocket and helped buy the club and we would have the delight of your wisdom to help run it

Still think it was an average Burnley team which made our 'possession' football look good. The defence is alright, it's the lack of penetration upfront which is the problem. That's despite the number of attempt on goal. Really missed Zaha. With him and RLC back we can hope, but realistically next week is our only real chance to chalk something up before November sets in. We had both against Huddersfield!

But you are right, it is all Parish et al's doing, we would be lucky to still be in the Championship if it wasn't for them.

Steve Parish does not deserve the abuse he is getting on social media tonight. He has done great things for this club since taking over and has backed all of his managers until now with sometimes questionable buys. However in my opinion he has reached his peak with what he can do for CPFC. He has taken us very far but is at his limit. What he should have done is put the likes of Kelly, lee, Damo and co up for sale and market them actively as being available etc or in Damo's case just release him. This would then free up funds to buy players that we need (GK,CF etc). I read the other day that Man City are making 500 mil a day that is being pumped into the club. We cannot compete with that. For those that have been here long enough you all know that these are the glory days of being a Palace fan. So until a rich Chinese consortium comes in or an oil magnate Parish is the best we have so continue to pray that he does his best and we keep punching above our weight. Anyone who thinks we should be up there challenging for Europe etc is deluded.
Man City's wealth. And what? He needs a proper DOF but what you're saying is like throwing darts in the dark, mate.

People say we shouldn't have to feel forever 'grateful' but quite frankly I do. I remember going to Hillsborough and seeing us survive. It was wonderful. A few weeks later I was with my wife in hospital having a check up on our first unborn child who was days away from being born. I remember feeling anxious that this little person coming into the world wouldn't have the opportunity to support the team his dad did. The perfect image of taking my child to a game was evaporating by the hour. Then the lloyds protest came, followed by cpfc2010. To think then that 7 years later that unborn child would now know palace more as a premier league club than a championship one is crazy. That represents huge success. And, quite frankly, whether we're prem or league 2, if we have a palace man in charge who cares passionately for the club and is determined to keep it on a financial footing then I'd take that gladly. Too many fans have short memories and also have been blinded by the premier league. It isn't the be all and end all. Having a club is what matters. Has Parish made mistakes? Yes. Don't we all? But lay off for gods sake! Ask Charlton if they'd like a parish equivalent at the valley. A number of palace fans have turned into spoilt brats. It's a great shame.

We are where we are. Could be better could be worse. I give him a 6.9/10 as chairman since 2012.

I mean do any of you believe he could get sacked if he does a bad job? I will join in any debate on here but you might as well suggest sacking our nickname for all the difference it makes. Or have we becomese entitled now that we believe we can sack company owners because the public dont approve of what they buy? 'Yes we know you bought a company for an 8 figure amount, but a fan site did a ropey straw poll after a loss and deside you have to sell up because they like having 3 keepers at once 2 of them get injured in some horrific goalpost collapse...' Yes Im sure that happens all the time...Cardiff owners made the home kit red and wanted the keeper sacked for not scoring enough goals ffs... This whole thread is a farce and shame on you all for giving it credibility...

The increased money was always going to filter down to the players wages and fees, not really much parish can do about that.
