Certainly takes longer than 3.5 hours to drive to Wales more like 5-6 hours. Wayne has been homesick all his adult life then because he started at Man City & then moved to Wolverhampton so he has not lived in Wales since he was a youngster.

the shot was drilled straight at him when anywhere else would have been a goal. Maybe it was good positioning. ... Honestly give the guy a break. He's not a great keeper, but he's our no.1 at the moment and trying his best.

He's a professional footballer on about £30k a week at a guess and is a sub standard goalie and we're in a relegation dog fight. It's not a good situation that we find ourselves in here. Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

Possibly a bigger problem is we are an injury away from the awful Speroni playing in goal for us. If he's so poor, why is he on the bench? Is Sam that bad a manager he puts a sub standard keeper on the bench?

I agree; and I look forward to the day when Jules is in goal again, his appearance is an inspiration. Maybe he should change his nationality - could that gain him favour with Sam Allardyce?

Only when all three are fit will we really know and to be honest, I would say it will be the summer before we know what Allardyce really thinks.
