He was bloody good twelve years ago at Bolton but his demeanour now is that of Stan Ogden propping up the bar on his last pint but suddenly finding a £5 note in his back packet. I said that sometime at the start of his West Ham tenure. Got that wrong. Maybe you have too. He's played 1 of his signings and got a decent full debut performance out of him. 1 or 2 more coming in very soon. Don't you think you're a bit premature on your judgement?

I think you're hugely underestimating him. Lazy stereotyping there too.

Whatever Sam achieves a lot of posters will not give him any credit, and they seem to be willing him to fail which is sad.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |

I really do not think what you are saying is correct, but for a slime ball journalist and a bit naivety and stupidity he would have still been very much early in his tenure as the New England Manager, hardly yesterday's man or indeed a has been as you put it! I will be more than happy with him if he can save us and if he can't then I'm sure he will at least have tried his best and don't forget he saved Sunderland only last year, another example of not being yesterday's man! Come on get off the Guy's back, give him a fair chance!

But as it stands since his appointment we are way below the standard needed to avoid the drop and 'yes' we are just a bit worse now than under Pardew.

Dear Kermit, I really do not think we can get any worse than when AP left us ranked 92/92 in the table of football league clubs points ratio per game in 2016, the good news is that we can only get better and move upwards, but it will take time!

I'm hoping he stays if we do get relegated. It's good to have some continuity and he's proven at West Ham that he can get promoted from the Championship. That's a tough job especially with that club. Let him put his own stamp on the team and then judge him.

i wasnt for SA, but then i wasnt against it either. lets give the bloke a chance. his pressers make sense. cant see him accepting players below par performances for too long. if we can get a few over the line, we may have a chance. my only concern is that a new manager shouldve been installed sooner, as i fear we're running out of games.

Why do you continually go on about Pardew being sacked at the end of last season, others may agree with you, but he wasn't. Keep talking about it ain't going to change things, we are where we are.
