Parish wouldn't sack him. They just spent 45m in Jan. Get real SA we be here until the end of season. Worse than pardew. Don't make me laugh. He's admitted his mistakes. How can you judge him using pardew team. So far his only had one of the new signings available at one time. Get real

Quite right, a good post. Its taken some time for Sam to get used to Palace, and for Palace to get used to Sam. They may not be the best fit, but lets not underestimate him. What I like about him is that there's no b...s...He tells it as it is. My concern is that the team may not like his methods particularly or him either, and so are not really knuckling down to life with Sam. But it really is a case of now or never, if Palace really want to stay in the PL. Sam also has 4 good new players to work with now (if Milisovecic's visa has come through) and I am sure they will all see a decent ammount of playing time now. So hopefully, any players who have 'lost it' can be rested. Palace's away performances tend to be vastly better than their home performances (not saying much I know) so I think that the chances of Palace nicking a point on Saturday are decent.

If reports are to be believed there are relegation clauses in everyone's contracts so that should concentrate some braisn - wages halved will make ma big difference to some albeit not all!

Even the people who signed at the start of the season sounds a Bit strange to put a relegation clause in every player contract

why? pretty sound business to me,

The Leicester squad face a 40% drop in wages if they get relegated, who'd have thought that may be needed as they rolled through last season??

Sam wont be relieved of his duties regardless of the result against Stoke, doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see it happen. Pardew would not lose 2-1 at home to Swansea or 4-0 at home to Sunderland. Simple as. Your agenda against Pardew is quite hilarious. Anyone with half a brain can see we've got worse, question is can we improve from now until the end of the season.

How have we got worse, when we wasn't even winning under pardew and he's the reason we're in the mess. Destroying confidence and team spirit. So we scored under pardew so what. You claim that we would not lose to Swansea and Sunderland at home. Last season pardew failed to beat either side at home. Lost 1-0 to Sunderland and drew 0-0. Also lost to Swansea after being 4-3 up with only added time to play. One of the worst days being a Palace supporter. Pardew made us a laughing stock conceding 43 min every game or 87 min winner for the opponents. Your agenda against Sam is embarrassing. Pardew isn't coming back. Get real and support the team.

I have no 'agenda' against Sam. I support him fully until he is sacked, unlike fair weathers who supported Pards up until they ceased to put up with a poor patch in form. Lets not forget Pardew didn't take us into the relegation zone once, sam did. I can see I am coming across as a Pardew supporter, I am not, just feel we would be far better off had he not been sacked/given the Watford and Swansea games.

Pards did guide us to a 3-2 win away from Sundelrand, funny how you omit that.. But he also failed to beat them at home, you are not wrong. Under Sam we have scored less and conceded less, but sadly this hasnt quite led to the results we need. I am shocked that you think 2-1 loss to Swansea at home and 4-0 Sunderland is acceptable. No matter how much you use Pardew as a scapegoat; he never had embarrassments as bad as last Saturday. He would have been castrated had we lost 4-0 at home to Sunderland - and rightly so! The fact you're blaming Pardew, for Big Sam picking up 4 points from a possible 21 in the easiest run of games this season is comical.

Rose tinted types like me are hoping we are in a one step back then two steps forward type scenario.

Stoke on Saturday is too soon for an instant renaissance for very good reasons that you can't blame SA for.

I see a tough game where we come through as heroic failures; a tough further game to follow; and [assuming no further serious key injuries] the fight back begins from then.

6 wins from those 13 games should do it.

If that's true every player in the squad can leave means we won't hold on to anybody especially if there on 50% pay cuts

Idiot pardew wasn't winning games for 12 months that's why they sacked him if pardew was in charge we would of lost 7-0 to Sunderland

Pards s*** tactics, team selections and negligence towards the squads fitness had us doomed. Then came his transfer dealings and that was the final nail in the coffin for us.
