I hope the owners don't get blinkered into not making a change due to Pardew's history as a player with the club. We have a horrific run in this season after April, if we continue too long not seeing the full picture then we are in trouble. Also Pardew's tenure has seen ups and downs but ultimately a defeat at Watford and we are no further forward when he joined.

Just to buck the trend on this subject what choice does he have at the moment with our depleted squad. You all moaned when we were letting hatfuls of goals in now we are not,we cannot go gung ho attacking against the likes of Man U,Chelsea,Arsenal with the quality of players at their disposal we would be ripped apart.Today was the first game since West Ham home that we havn't scored a goal, just to remind you all Chelsea have only conceded two, yes, two goals in their last eleven matches.
In the January window we have to sign at least two quality players to strengthen the squad before we play the other strugglers at Selhurst.
As for not going to suupport the team whether you want Pardew out or not is not what we should be about. The players it has to be said give it their best and deserve our loyal support.

I never even bothered going today. I'm just so disillusioned with the whole s*** storm. I have never disliked a manager like I dislike Pardew. We have better players but worse performances, only one man to blame for that. Whilst Murray gets those c***s promoted and Gayle gets the Geordies up, Pardew is taking us down.
Still good business selling Murray wasn't it?

..the treatment of Murray was disgusting and with Gayle he was never given the role to do anything with it for any period of time, scoring against lower to mid Championship sides can be a little bit easier, not a lot but a little and it could well be a big mistake we made with him, as with all players confidence is the main reason for bad performances, a lot of our players are having serious problems with this, although on the last three to four games there has been an improvement.

Scoring goals isn't a problem. Remember Murray couldn't get in the Bournemouth team either.

Gayle could not hold down a place under several managers. Arguably not suited to one up front and apparently (I have only read this so could be wrong) misses a fair few chances in each game.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

IH went when we had 3 points from 9 games; AP has 4 from our last 10. No Palace manager has ever had such a talented or expensive squad, yet apparently what we are lacking is luck (for a whole year???). Sorry, but should have gone months ago.

Just passing? We did a fair bit of that today. You should have gone. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend. I streamed it. We had more than half the possession. Against a team that were 6 points clear at the top of the league. They managed one moment of brilliance. Everything else?, well we stopped them doing that. An all round very good performance by us.

But that is not enough for the out brigade. They (and you) expect us to keep out the league leaders, and nick a goal on the break. To a team who have lost 2 games this season.

FFS when do you get the picture it's not one match or result in isolation we expect, its over the course of, you know, 9 games, 4 months, 12 months.

This is what I don't get. He's not Wright, Bright or Geoff Thomas.

Chelsea didn't even get out of first gear today,it was that easy for them.Yes we pushed them and a draw would of been a fair result, but they didn't need to step it up to beat us today.

Pardews history with the club is a smokescreen, nothing really to do with why he is here. He is an experienced Premier manager, there aren't many around who we can get as a manager. The job market is full of failed managers, by definition that why they are free.
It is difficult to name any manager, who has progressed their club with the exception of Howe and Dyche, who would be remotely interested in coming here.

Question is pardew unsackable?

4 home in a calendar year
22 loses in 2016 and counting
1 clean sheet in the premiership this season
Broke the transfer record 3 times
