Embarrassed and laughing stock? You make us sound like we're doing a Derby! Under Pards weve been in a cup final and finished on our record points tally, currently we are only a win off mid table in the best league in the world. We're finally playing decent football after years of warnock, dowie, burley, Taylor, Pulis. Yes he's made mistakes but we seriously need to get a sense of perspective!Too many people preying on the 2016 calender year stat! Maybe look at the injuries we've had in the same depth and the opinion polls would be different.

I would actually say that he been incredibly lucky.

He has had the luxury of signing a £30m centre forward, a £13 m winger and a £10 m centre half. Any manager in our history would have bitten your arm off for these players and to have spent £50m. And with the huge investment given to him what has he produced in the last 12 months ? A team whose league performances are fast becoming a laughing stock. It' would be criminal to give him any more time or money sorry. Put Millen in charge immediately....at least he knows how to build a defence that can defend from a dead ball

Seconded

Everyone has to step up for Swansea … manager & players alike. Team spirit aside, we have a far better squad ‘on paper’ than the previous 3 seasons, have established Prem players & internationals so anything less than a win clearly highlights something needs to change and I’m afraid that starts with the manager. We have to start with the defence and keep a clean sheet at Swansea as this seasons defensive mistakes have been appalling.

I for one would rather we won the next few games and draw with Southamption and keep Pardew but I just can’t see it happening. We lose on Saturday Pardew will be gone my Monday as he’s had enough time to get it right and there’s no way he can be in charge for a difficult 2nd ½ of the season. The club has been patient with him in the hope we keep some consistency – for a change – with the management position but enough is enough and we need results and points on the board.

Well said.

He deserves up to Watford unless we really are in s*** street by then. i.e. only 3-4 points better off than now

He did do better - you are quite right - but he did it with a team who knew how to play together and we had a plan.
Since then he has dismantled that team and in my opinion that spirit and now we don't look as good as that 2014/2015 team even though we have the likes of Cabaye, Benteke and Townsend - why?
One answer I'm afraid!

That really is the only way to explain how we've improved some team members, but have a worse record. Even Townsend and Benteke seem less good than they did when they first joined, and they've only been here five minutes.

What do you think Millen has been doing for the last year. He is the coach responsible for defence, but you think putting him in charge he will suddenly remember how to organise a defence.

When I read in Sunday Times this week that "CP have the worst point-per-game record of ANY team in the top 4 divisions in 2016 - 0.71 point per game in the year less than York City and Dagenham and Redbridge, who were relegated to National League end of last season." you wonder how long Pardew can keep blaming bad luck?

Millen for manager??

For God's sake no.Think he should go if Pardew is sacked, although still hopeful we will win at Swansea next Saturday and go on a mini run, which may well save him.
