I.e. our strongest 11 vs there's and in comparison the individual ability is not that much better than ours. Never once did I say they weren't a much better side than us because they clearly are but ON PAPER they are not that superior at all, hence it being "the biggest shock in sporting history". God some of you think you're so exceedingly intelligent, read the original post I was replying to and understand the context. How do you measure 'on paper'? If you're looking at what the market thinks then we're a good £50m (or 35%) behind them.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

I didn't say that though did I? You have stated that Palace have on paper a good as team as Leicester. So that only means the difference between Leicester and Palace are the managers? Would we be Champions if Ranieri was our manager? You're contradicting yourself here, massively. I think the point he's trying to make is, if Pardew was their manager, then they wouldn't have been champions. Therefore implying it IS their manager because, ON PAPER, our team is just as good as theirs. Understand now?

I don't think too many of us expected to go to Leicester and win. However, failure to get anything from these games becomes more critical with every home game that we fail to win against bottom half or average prem opposition. We are an average side but two home league wins against Stoke and another against Norwich in 2016 is way below average. Unless this is sorted we'll be in trouble irrespective of what we have on paper. In fairness Dann and Souare are a huge miss from an attacking perspective as much as defensive.

Why dont you stop talking out of your arse making statements without backing them up. I didnt admit its not football based but carry on with your pathetic logic - I don't like Pardew for many reasons beyond footballing matters but the main reason is what I watch on the pitch. His tactics in my opinion are "pass to the wings, run as fast as you can and then kick it". All this transition bollox, he wants us to play with more possession - all well and good if you have any plan whilst in possession but as far as I can see there isn't one. It's embarrassing how far up Pardews arse you are despite the fact that in the last 38 games (in case you didn't know thats the amount of games that is played in a premier league season), he's earnt us 38 points which is relegation form. Keep deflecting the facts by calling me a fake fan and telling me I'm embarrassing - I look forward to hearing you splurt more bulls*** with no substance. If you think our performance against Leicester was abysmal then it just shows you speak complete bollocks. If you can't see the difference between the way we've played from the last couple of seasons to how we've set up to play this season it shows you've got no clue. if you want to judge pardew over every game his managed, inheriting a pretty poor squad that he needs time to rebuild then its played played 79 won 34 drawn 12 and lost 33 which is midtable so what's your point ? It's embarrassing how much you spend following a football club and how little you know about the sport.

It does not sit well with me these negative views, it's simple for me are we supporters of everything Crystal Palace or not. A few on here are not and you seem to hold such strong views I'm surprised you can drag yourselves along to the games.

I'd rather have pardew and watch better football. Remember our most successful season under coppell, even that was dire to watch. This is without a doubt the best team we've ever had and people still moan. How many times, Rikzy baby,,, it is "you're"...
