Its simple to sort out our illegal immigrant problem, send them all to Poland, which is empty, cos they are all over here....

Keep the immigrants coming in. Just don't expect British culture to survive, and don't expect British people to be happy about it. Because it's wrong.
And when the time comes from humanity to be the next in line for extinction nature will cope with that massive loss too. She'll probably have a millennia long party, in fact. I think the world's diversity of culture peaked a long time ago and integration has been happening for many centuries now. Don't really understand what all the fuss is about now. It's not like we are in some horrific war or are starving here. If we were then I don't think the thought of a couple of million migrants coming here would seem so scary for some.

they already get those benefits in france, germany and hungary. they aren't lining up in calais b/c of benefits. it's b/c they can speak english and have a much better prospect for work and education. Really and you know this how?
why do you think people are there? now remember, they get the same or better benefits in calais. it's just a few miles away. they aren't going to starve there. now, why is it that people would potentially risk their lives if it isn't for food, $, shelter? AND here's another piece of the puzzle to help you: they CAN NOT speak french but they CAN speak english. what say you to this incredibly challenging puzzle?
Then sort out the low wages...
If they can't afford to pay the higher wages as you put it, why employ anyone you can't afford to pay a living wage, I bleeding well wouldn't. So you agree with slavery?
Time to move forward together. |

Regardless of anyone's views on immigration, its not logical to infer from events in Calais that we are the number one preferred destination in Europe or that its because of our "benefits".Some posters also continue to overlook that overall welfare benefits are better in France and Germany than here. No I do not agree with slavery, did I say that ? If I couldn't afford to employ someone and give them a decent living wage I would not employ them, simple. As I did when I had me own business I got the work done myself. It worked ok for me, I still got me work done just took a bit longer.

Kermit's "analysis" get more and more desperate. First he starts with, "I don't actually have an immigration policy, but uncontrolled immigration is clearly highly beneficial" - so no doubt he thinks we should have more and remove the flimsy controls that we do have. Next he states that immigration is "inevitable" - you know it just sort of happens and you can do nothing about it. Now he is saying we won't know the difference in 150 years time because we will all be mixed race - just like it is in the USA I guess? I expect his next sage comment will be that "it will all turn out alright in the end" - probably Dr. Frankenstein's words as he threw the switch.

I think I was more upset over the death of Cecil the lion than the migrants. For goodness sake man what has happened to your humanitarian compassion... I really think I need to have words with myself, that is just wrong in so many ways.

Kermy only speaks for a minority of people....like the rest of the open door immigration supporters on here. 75 percent in England want reduced immigration....Hell even in Scotland.....It's 58 percent.....That's even with their far left nationalists in charge dibbling out their anti Ukip waffle. They don't even represent the real views of the Scottish on the issue......God forbid what the numbers would be if more foreigners actually wanted to live in Scotland.
