Has our Cardiff Reds listener emailed in recently or has he all gone quiet.
I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like. |

It wasn't always the case! We've worked really hard to be honest and it feels good that we can have a show where my internet connection repeatedly drops out and we still cope (thanks Ben, Alex and Stuart!) Top guests as well - they made it easy for us. Anyway, appreciate the feedback!

Little bump for this. I'll try and pop up a summery of what Steve P said at some point, but in the meantime I would encourage you to download and listen to the show - not only did Steve cover a vast amount of topics in an engaging, honest and informative chat but we also got to hear from Yannick Bolasie for the first time - and what a lovely bloke he was to talk to. Well worth listening/downloading using the links in my last post.
