Not a player, but........Simon Jordan, who I've met about a dozen times has always been friendly and approachable, takes criticism well and always says its a pleasure to have chatted!

For me it has to be Darren Ward. I got a picture taken with him after the Preston home game and turned back after my brother took it and said "See ya later mate" which I thought was really nice of him.
Also, AJ, McAnuff and Tom Soares is great...he agreed to give me his shirt at the end of the Charlton away game but I didn't feel like it at the end.

I've met Aki, Danny Granville, and John Salako.

All nice guys, but out of three, I have to say Aki is the nicest...

I bumped into Geoff Thomas & John Pemberton outside the ground one day with my ex. Was chatting with Geoff and he was a really nice fella, so he is tops especially after what he has been through in recent years. Didnt stop him giving my ex a kiss when she asked though!

a few years back, i did a football day at amida (health club in beckenham) dougie was there and i got his autograph, he also complimented my defending! great guy
i saw him again in amida, and got his autograph again. he was happy to sign it and when i went he said 'take care'.
a few days before the start of this season, i saw aj in dizzy's diner in beckenham, the day he signed his new contract. i happened to have the palace centenary book on me, and he signed it "best wishes".
on the day of the northampton game, i waited in the car park for autographs, and for some reason darren ward took ages to get out of his car. when he did i tried to get a picture of me and him but the damn battery in the camera had run out!

Beat me to it! I met him too in 75, spent a couple of hours in the players lounge with him & his wife after ther Grimsby game. I will definately give him a welcome tomorrow at the KC, he's bound to spot me in the crowd!
