Perhaps that's right. However, statistically that still represents a small personal risk. Far smaller than...for example, being obese from diet or a high numbers smoker or an alcoholic....who are far more likely to end up in hospital over it. Yet they don't appear to be obsessing and angering everyone.....perhaps because the media aren't directing that. Well in reply at least I'm vaccinated so that eliminates one potential

Well, I didn't report you.....unlike how you seem to regard me I don't really have enmity towards you. Regardless, I don't report lightly. And I do believe in free speech....What I don't believe in is that people should be forced to listen to those they don't wish to. That is not stopping those people from communicating to those that do. Just how basic does this get. The people you support ban people from their sites for their political opinions. Blocking is not banning people. What you appear to support here is harassment. I've asked someone to stop communicating with me and they have refused. I have not stated that they can't post. Blocking solves both issues.
I see what your getting at. It in itself though doesn't stop them posting a general reply just not with the post a poster made so not back to specific one or person. Edited by cryrst (23 Dec 2021 5.32am)

The media seem to play their cards early-doors , on any given subject. We've got more restrictions hitting Wales immediately after Christmas and, personally, I'm going to feel safer when they are. Me and my immediate family have underlying health conditions, which make us vulnerable. So for me, having new restrictions in Wales (where covid cases are also spiking) makes life more liveable. I even went to a small indoor concert two weeks ago, which was socially distanced with seating and all attendees had so show covid passes/vaccination certs and wear masks. (and yet I still had some bloke (50's) in the toilets walk past me out the exit door without washing his hands. A prize c-unit) We all are effectively choosing our own level of safety, but what annoys me is when we have to use the same public spaces with different expectations/levels of regard for others.
I disengage, I turn the page. |

People have known about covid and its effects and potential harm, alongside how infectious all the strains have been. Omicron is now the most infectious as proven by numbers. Us/we the general public of the world have decided our own rules and risks which have proven to be wrong. You can lead a horse and all that.

And Tony Blair says,... Tony Blair has said Brits who refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 are "not just irresponsible... but idiots". The former prime minister said getting vaccinated is not only in the interests of the individual, but also in the interests of the broader public. Data from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) shows that 42% of people admitted to hospital in England have not had a single vaccine dose, despite making up just 19% of the population. To keep the people in a perpetual state of concern over an unwinnable war. For Governments to have the power to withhold and manipulate information. For restrictions on movement and food supplies to be imposed, ad-hoc. Edited by Forest Hillbilly (23 Dec 2021 6.27am)

I have never had a vaccination in my life! My family to be honest are all anti vaxers! And so am I! I don't hide it! I am hardly going to start now anyway in getting a vaccination I do not want nor need! :-) Or what's this? The anti vaxers and conspiracy theorists have been saying for decade! A chip in your body for a health pass; That explains a lot. I won't tell you what I think of the "anti-vaxers". I'll leave it to your imagination. All I will say is that their reasoning is based on totally discredited claims made by despicable people. Implanted micro-chips aren't new. They just haven't been suggested for this before. The ethics will need to be debated and generally agreed before they could become a reality.

Get it if you want! And get you 10+ booster shots! I however will refrain from an experimental drug that has no known long term side effects. As for pregnancies! The amount of pregnant women who have been vaccinated have been having a high number of stillborns! May god rest thier poor souls! Vaccines are NOT drugs. They are vaccines. Your claim about stillbirths is totally untrue. The reverse is true:-
