True but the last thing we want is to be rooted to the bottom of the league as players will be even less likely to want to join us so we shouldn't be leaving things until the last minute

If true I think that is a well structured deal it means that QPR have a decent chance of getting the maximum money with realistic targets and if he's a flop we have not paid too much for him.
