Wales & Rep of Ireland double 1.8/1 seems generous.

My word it's tough this weekend, all the best picks are away teams which I hate backing. Only one that stands out is Rotherham at Stevenage mainly because Stevenage have massive injuries in defence. I was going to add in York at home to Plymouth but Plymouth have a fully fit squad. I might still go for that if I can't find anything else on the coupon. If not I might do Fleetwood at Northampton, it's top v bottom and Northants still have big injury problems. Fleetwood should have too much for them

On the front page of the sun it says Sam Bailey will win the X Factor, she is so far ahead in the voting that it'll be a miracle if she didn't win. You can still get 11/10 at most bookies.

HALIFAX 11/8 v Aldershot Chester v LUTON 11/10 Both opposition are sh1te and the Halifax price is very generous. Double is 4/1 with Corals but I might just do a single and small double.
Halifax & Luton double at 4/1 and Halifax & Fleetwood double at 4/1 and Might be able to play with the Luton double. They kicked off 20 mins late.

Ah well, been ages since I had a winner. I knew there'd be a winner at Northampton, just my luck it didn't go my way. Keep trying.... At least we can say good bye to International football until March. Ruins everything

Bradford, st. Mirren and Peterborough. Thoughts? I couldn't back Bradford with confidence, their form has gone downhill and Coventry are in great form. Won 5 and drawn 1 of the last 6. The draw was against Wolves and 2 of the wins were against Orient and Walsall. Trouble is they don't have a good record at Bradford - only won once in their last 11 visits. That was in 1959. I fancy Peterborough, won their last 3 at Walsall. St Mirren - Ross County - toss a coin!

Luton let me down on a 5-fold against Chester, at just over 12/1. Were 1-0 up too.

Peterborough are 7/4 tonight at Wallsall, looks a good price to me. Although Peterborough have dipped recently, they had Rowe and Zakuani back tonight. Also, a lot of wallsall's success this season has come on the road, and they aren't as strong at home.

I think 21/10 on England is worth an interest. I mean, could you have Germany as strong favourites with so many players out? No Ozil, Kadheira, Lahm, Klose, Neuer, Schweinsteiger. Plus I think we will see a reaction to the Chile result, we seem to do well when we're not expected to. Like when we beat Brazil. I might get on at that price. For me, the prices don't take into account how under strength Germany are.
