Us "normal people have been saying this for years and get call racist!! Why can the BBC get away with it? Some will say oh it's only 2% of GDP but so is foreign aid! So 4% of GDP. That's the answer for the NHS right there folks
Don’t worry, our resident racist card circulator will be along shortly.

Foreign aid is 0.7% of gdp "normal" people would be glad that as a rich nation we do our bit to help those without the same advantages we have More hating on others, people just trying to make a living and provide for their family as we do, shame on you. It's you who isn't normal

BBC News - Migrant workers send home £8bn to families Unusual story from the BBC, maybe they are finally seeing the light! But the actual key storyline is not about how much is being sent back, it's about how much it costs the migrant workers to wire transfer it and how much more they could actually be giving to their families if charges were around 3% rather than the current 7%..... or up to 20% in Nigeria..... Much more BBC-like!

(I’ve worked with 2 who always had an angle like this and knew one English schooled Brit who grew up in Nigeria and experience me its culture so this isn’t an ignorant stereotype before the racist card gets dealt my way)

And good luck to them why shouldn't they look after their loved ones back home. The only question I would have is do economists take this into account when they tell us immigration is good for our economy?

Yes because it shows freedom of movement works well for the EU, its benefits our economy by 4bn

So any commentary by you on economic benefit has no validity.

This thread is about Brexit So it is, and really the UK should quietly drop it. To think that is still an option says a lot for the EU. Looking at our position with this 'deal' why would any country do anything so daft, and 'no deal' is a non-runner due to the chaos.
