No, not in terms of managerial ability, but in terms of their hair/hairstyle. Think about it. First was holloway, who had none, then pulis, who had a very sparse amount, then warnock, whose hair troubles are well-documented, then pardew, who had decent style but all grey, and finally allardyce, whose classic side part was an improvement on pardew's pompous quiff.
