Did you listen to what Chris Whitty said?

What percentage of the population do you think have that mentality? You obviously don’t struggle to put food on the table and can enjoy a tipple at your local bowls club when you feel like it. Why don’t you try donating your entire worldly goods to the NHS and then have the same moral fortitude. Try asking these people to stay at home when they have nothing unless they earn it.

It's not just meag rich individuals who fund, control and conspire politically it's massively wealthy corporations who work together with them.
Essentially the CEO of Goldman Sachs has more influence over what happens in the world than any politician.

The vast majority have it! Only a very few don't. No-one is just "asking people to stay at home" though. We are trying to avoid that by taking sensible precautions, including those who can work from home doing so. Getting vaccinated is the easiest, simplest and most effective action each of us can take. Those who don't, who could, are bozos who deserve to become pariahs.

It takes about a month of Covid deaths to cover one day of cancer deaths. Cancer deaths creeping up and up, some say between 8 and 18 percent. As you say, massively outweighing Covid. That's not to mention heart disease, and mental health and, ultimately suicide deaths. All of which I have personally seen during the pandemic.

She might have received better treatment if hospitals weren't having to divert so much emergency resource to Covid inpatients and losing staff to catching it themselves and isolating. If more were vaccinated and the spread was slower hospitals could concentrate their resources on the other areas required.
