They are going to catch it regardless at some point, as are you. This is true, but the point of wearing a mask is to reduce the chance of you getting it badly. Low vs. high viral load That said, I'd assume they were all wearing masks fashioned from rags so probably irrelevant.
Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons. |

A snowflake is someone who is easily upset at minor words or actions. Having a problem with wearing a mask in certain environments for the benefit of others seems to me to be the very epitome of snowflake behaviour.

So you view arguments against something as being 'easily upset'? If this was the case essentially no one would be able to challenge anything....and you Dan....Well, you'd be permanently snowed in.

If someone has been going around without a mask since this turned up then they have likely caught or been exposed to this virus more times then you could shake a stick at it.....they probably have very strong immune levels. If they are ffp3 masks I'd perhaps concede that, if wore correctly, there was a point to some mask usage in high people dense areas. However, it's essentially cloth for the vast majority....but we have travelled down this road many a time.

Sure, but whilst Trump was warned and suspended by Twitter during his term, the tipping point was him trying to get the election result overturned. Those who threaten democracy in that way risk what happened to him.

This virus is pathetic compared to the one that floored me in the mid-1990s. My GPs advice that he could not treat it, still holds good. You just get better it can be a few days, months or even years. I felt the need to be distanced I've no idea why but I haven't had a cold in 20 years. Who would have thought that a virus would throw an entire nation into a hysterical stasi state.
