I know, but the social media companies are free to decide that for themselves. It's their platforms. In fact, they try to keep a lot at arms length, but someone has to decide, and as soon as they do, someone else will disagree. Most times misinformation is pretty obvious, but there will always be fuzzy edges. At what stage does it become censorship?

At what stage does it become censorship? Never. Private businesses cannot really censor. Only governments can do that. Private businesses can determine what they permit on their platforms, but as they own them, no-one else has any rights on content. If they decide it's not what they want to appear, then it won't. If you to say it, then no-one is stopping you from finding another outlet, even in the street if you cannot get published, so long as it's lawful. Only governments can make it unlawful, thus censoring.

Well, I tip my hat to them on the passes, as I can't see how voting for that would square with the very core of civil liberties.
