Hats off to the Ultras. I reckon there were only about 100 of them against Leicester, but they got the whole stadium singing especially after Luca's thunderbolt. These guys are responsible for giving us the reputation of the best singers in London. We lifted the roof off last week It was absolutely brilliant and made my season ticket worth it. And we won. Happy days.

It's not even up for debate whether they improve the atmosphere. Whether you're into them or not they improve the atmosphere and help create noise when other sections are quiet. Let's have it right the back of block B have a good sing song, some of C where I sit and the back of the Arthur at times all contribute too. I have pals in Sheffield and Manchester and whenever I go up there they ask about the HF so whether they're relevant or noticed by other fans is again not up for debate. Also the players clearly rate them look at social media and the way they clap that corner of the ground. I personally don't think were the best fans in the Prem but at times are as good as anyone and you won't see better support at a cup final ever and that goes for 1990 too which was brilliant with the balloons. What I am confused about though is why HF want a bigger section but seem to be shrinking in numbers. Also I rarely see them at away games anymore. I also think apart from Fulham away our away support as a whole as been very poor is this all a the reason and will more of the new singing section go away days together. We maybe need an away day singing section or organised group?

I was specifically told it's not the HF. In some fashion CPFC are going to work out how to get a load of people to sign up to the singing section. They just don't know how. I dread to think what happens if someone stops singing part way through the year, presumably they will be dismissed and have their flag stick broken over a knee. So what I was told in the Pawsons was that the club are taking the applicants (there was 400 in the first day!!!) and giving priority to people that have bought seats in previous singing sections. makes sense, I've applied and had wembley singing section seats so hope i get in. edit. also worth saying that my contact is someone who knows people in the box office Edited by Dean_CPFC (20 Dec 2018 1.00am)

If you watch Real Madrid on the telly they must do something similar to what Palace are doing because they have that sectionbehind the goal that are always dressed in white. There must be about 2000 of them I reckon. How many seats are there in block E?
