What makes me laugh is Brexiteers don't see the irony, as was trying explain above, the so called 'not being ruled by Brussels line' and UK democracy they so cherish means handing sole power to the Osbournes, Mays, Johnson's et al. They see the total farce and pigs ear our political elite have made of Brexit yet still fight their corner ! As if our politicians are whiter than white and supremely competent ! How much more evidence is needed to prove our political establishment is not fit for purpose and couldn't run a tupperware party ?

Yet they still remain stubborn to the end!

They always were bent as a nine bob note.

Brexit it can only be a disaster, Westminster is not equipped to handle any project at all.

It looks limp and drab befitting a nation in decline, true to form the opposition supported a budget for a few rich how could they possibly need any more money.

Time to end the 'gammon' era.

Remoaner or what!

Irony!

You can vote out UK politicians.

You can't vote out the EU commission.

You can support Brexit and not support the Westminster elite. That is what the remainers are afraid of once we get rid of EU interference they are worried we will get rid of them next, and they should be.

long live the revolution.

I’d made up my mind about which way to vote before any of these campaigns started, including the taxpayer-funded government propaganda leaflet drop to every household in the country (which nobody batted an eyelid about). I suspect most voters had also already done so.

Political campaigns are founded on a quagmire of lies, half-truths, spin and ultimately broken promises . They always have been. This government have handled the exit process in an embarrassingly amateur fashion and have dragged the country’s reputation through the mud (on other matters as well as this) in the process. That doesn’t make the premise of Brexit itself any less valid - it merely proves that we’re governed by utterly useless f*ckwits, that’s all.

Putting the funding of the Leave campaign under the spotlight is an utter irrelevance, especially considering the known political persuasions of the members of the Electoral Commission and the dubious conduct of the Remain campaign itself.

I reiterate that, overall, people’s minds were already made up and the blandishments of both campaigns (which were both full of sh*t anyway) had a minimal impact on the outcome.

We’re leaving. Grow up and deal with it and stop grasping at ever-flimsier straws to try and overturn a fair and democratic vote.

Wrong.

The EU commission can be dissolved in its entirety by a vote of no confidence by the EU parliament.

Commissionere are appointed by each countries elected government, it is the UKs government choice who they have.

I am sure other posters will tell you, that by voting out the UK govt, you are just re-arranging the seats on the Titanic !!!!

Hope you are getting the turnips in.........

'We send 350 millions to the EU every month'

Why not use it to fund 'leave' criminal defence costs instead ?

I see you are fully charged again after a spell attached to the lightning conductor.

How long will you keep whining?
We know you would rather be part of the Soviet Union.

Guess you lucked out with that one too.

Unfortunately like many others, as the Soviet Union ended nearly 30 years ago.

We do send that. The whole NHS bus thing was idiotic but the fact remains that we are net contributors to the EU, big time. My decision to vote to leave wasn't based on cheap electioneering but on the principle that all aspects of government should be in the hands of this country and no-one else.

In all your serial rantings on the subject, I've not actually heard you come up with one solid justification for why we should remain, other than your obvious fear of disturbing what you see as the status quo which, as it happens, is not in this country's favour.

I was, and continue to be, in favour of continued membership of a trading bloc but Lisbon and Maastricht paved the way for advancing federalism and that's not what we joined or voted to stay in back in 1975.

I really would like to hear what you believe and why because you've been pretty silent on that.

I am a devotee of Europe and our place at the head of it, no doubt about it.

Sorry about the serial rantings.

Not even an attempt to justify your position. I've wasted far too much time on you.
