and just like clockwork millwall get the 90th minute goal. As soon as Salako said 'looks like Reading are going to win 1-0' you just knew Millwall would get the equaliser - and they had a man sent off.

Haven't had a real look at it this week and I might not complicate things by looking any further than I have. Looking likely...

&RSE 4/11 v Palace (I wouldn't -1 it)
LIVERPOOL 4/9 v WBA
SPURS 4/9 v Hull (Sunday 4pm)

READING 3/4 v Millwall

BRENTFORD v Shrewsbury

PORT VALE v Gillingham

WREXHAM 8/13 v Hyde (8/13 still generous)

I think Reading are the outstanding pick, they won well at home last weekend against Doncaster who couldn't live with their attack. Last 5 v Millwall at home reads 4 wins 1 draw. Millwall conceded 9 goals in their last 2 away games

The Prem picks are not backable for me. Liverpool at home against a decent mid table side is one to swerve - Didn't WBA win that fixture last season?. Spurs should win but again, not worth it at the odds. Hull are no mugs.

On paper Reading should walk it, but if anything that's what putting me off. Millwall have always had the capacity to pick up strange results on the road, and Reading have had a few collapses at home.

Reading are going to stay red hot this season.

2 seasons ago Dalgleish lost to Hodgson's WBA. Nuff said.

Last season Liverpool should've beaten West Brom but missed Sturridge. They tend to miss Sturridge or Suarez. Not this time they won't.

Reading gave away a pen late on to draw 1-1. Wrexham v Hyde was 2-2. The rest came in, including Suarez running riot. Spurs are tomorrow.

In the end I did:

&rse, Liverpool, Reading 5/2. (got on the Millwall draw at 6/1. Saved and profit secured) Reading v Millwall was end to end. Silly 2 points for them to drop.

&rse, Liverpool, Bayer Leverkusen (won), Atletico v Real Betis tomorrow 3/1. (Backed Betis for the draw at 9/2 and profit secured)

The lazy enhanced bet of &rse, Liverpool, Man U came in at 5/1 for whoever took them up on their email. Can't remember which bookie. I was laughing at Man U and then I look later and they win.

Yeah, that feeling of 'Do I don't I have a different bet with the 3rd game in my treble?' (Southampton)

Saints winning 1-0 and all over Fulham like a cheap suit

Anything tonight?

I like the look of:

Arsenal v CHELSEA - 11/8 - Both will put out weakens teams, but Chelsea's 'weakened' team is still ridiculously strong. Players like Azpilacueta, Luiz, Essien, De Bruyne, Willian, Mata and Ba will feature, and Arsenal will have in the likes of Bendtner and Jenkinson.

LEICESTER v Fulham - 6/5
BURNLEY v West Ham - 7/5

Both inform championship sides, against weak-ish Prem sides who I can't see taking the cup very seriously. Probably worth waiting to see the line ups before deciding.

BIRMINGHAM v Stoke - 3/1

Massive price! Stoke are a poor side, and assuming they make changes are there for the taking. By no means an obvious home win, but 3/1 seems very generous.

Nothing tempts me tonight.

Don't agree about Stoke though - they won at West Ham and battered Man Utd in their last away match until Man U came back. Birmingham are rubbish

Turns out Arsenal's side is not so weak! They're starting Ramsey, Vermalen, koscielny, Carzola, Wilshere and Rosicky. Ozil and Giroud on the bench. I saw earlier that it was 100/1 for Ozil to score 1st and Arsenal to win 1-0! and 145/1 for Ramsey to score 1st and Arsenal to win 2-0. CRAZY odds! In the end though I wasn't prepared to bet until i'd seen the teams and I think i'm not gonna risk any real money tonite. I had a couple of £5 free bets though so i'm putting them on Bendtner to score 1st (13/2) and Eto to score 1st. (8/1). I think it will be a very close game tonight. Extra time and pens probably!

Wilshere and Cazorla aside, it's exactly what I was expecting. Wenger had already announced that Koscielny and Ramsey would start. I think Chelsea will win pretty comfortably now they have a lead.
