I don't recall anyone proclaiming Wayne as good or great , I/we all just say he is not as bad as you and others make out(i.e not cr@p) , but as soon as anyone says that you and others translate it as Wayne is great / world class .
Most do indeed think he is just an average / decent goalkeeper and try and support him against the OTT criticism post by the people who don't like him mainly because he replaced Speroni.
The debate continues because those who think he is rubbish because of the above , will not not rest until we all say he is rubbish.
You now agree with me that he is average which TBF is good enough for CPFC until we can afford significantly better for a reasonable price, and as you know that seems to be easier said than done.

Which proves Wayne is not a good goalkeeper but just average. So many people including the media just cannot be wrong in saying Wayne cost us shed loads of points last season and needs replacing as no 1 choice keeper.

I get the fact you have a pathological dislike of Wayne as you feel he is not as good as Speroni used to be. What I cannot work out is why you seem happy with other players, who aren't up to the standard of their predecessors i.e. Ward is never going to be as good as Clyne and is never going to be.

We weren't a premier league team when we were forced to replace Clyde. If we sold Clyne of today and replaced him with Ward then I wouldn't be too happy about it. As it stands Joel has done more than enough for us to be judged on his own merit now. Totally different situation. There's absolutely nothing pathological or irrational with what I say about Wayne. Everything is backed up with evidence and I'd say that folk like you who are just blind faith followers of every player just because they play for Palace, is a little bit more worrying than people who can spot a weak link and want it removed for the betterment of the team they support.
