Our record against the big six is appalling. We know that. At least we were in the game til the last ten minutes. On to next week.

The players looked so nervous going into this game.

I think spurs are a lot better than I thought they’d be, they won the ball back so many times.

We looked off today, first half our tactics seemed to work, but in attack we seemed off today. It was a struggle. Eze always needs to settle back in and hopefully this prepares him for Luton.

Disappointed but we were outmuscled and that surprised me. Not going to kick Anderson as he will be annoyed at himself.

I loved the free kick, definitely one from the training ground the way the wall broke open.

We have a good coach, I am sure we will prepare for Luton next sat, massive game

OK so a defeat we all expected against a team who were playing at home with superior players that we have not beaten since 1997. We changed the game for them by the Anderson errors. We all know we only have 11 players of Premiership standard and 3 of them were not starting anyway so the team was further weakened with the substitutions.
The loss is not the surprise but did we see any positives under the new regime.COYP

Luton is the game we have to win.

a Draw might hurt them more than it hurts us.

Can’t believe how bad we became after Eza goal? Munoz was forever giving the ball away, being beaten and out of position after mad runs? As for Andersen, what was he upto? Mitchell also looked awful after goal and subs Edouard and Franca weakened the team :-(

All this. Plus this was a team loss. No one really looked sharp. Gave spuds too much space, passing was slow and no one really on the same page.
We always struggle against them but gave them too much to work with and they made us pay. Put it behind us and move on to Luton. No need to panic, we aren't going to change overnight.

Great goal by Eze, I was looking at the gap between the Spuds wall and the Palace players as Eze run up the gap just got bigger
Is this a new thing, practicing in training?

It was going so well until the subs I was enjoying it and we were giving them a game

WTF was Anderson doing for the first goal

I didn't count how many times Mitchell gave the ball away but it seemed to result in a chance for them every time. Its not acceptable for a full back to lose the ball in his own half

Ayews corners, this is how the code works, arm down hits the first defender, arm up goes out for a throw-in on the other side. It was an arm down day

Overall an improvement, attacking as a group but still when the subs came on it turned to panic

I predicted 3-0 to Tottenham as I believed that their attacking prowess would overwhelm our flimsy defence.

Munoz is better offensively than defensively, Mitchell has had his critics, Ward is in the twilight of his career and the less said about Andersen, Tomkins and Holding the better.

Well that was grim. No idea how he's going to stop us conceding so late, it's a sickness.

Anyway, tough game is over with and now we're onto Luton (H), Forest (H), Bournemouth in our next three games.

Real chance to pick up some points and hopefully get some players back.
