Ward culpable for 2 goals. How many mistakes does he have to make before he is dropped. We have 2 capable captains in waiting with Guehi & Anderson. Drop him to bench & do not play him again, Richards can play right back.

Right back has been a problem since AWB left. Palace never replaced him. There was rumours of Sacha Boey in the summer but that never happened.

I don't know what the schedule of international fixtures are in the next two weeks.
What I do know is that I don't want Olise, Doucoure and Eze swanning off on international duty.
They are at varying stages of recovery from injury and in my view it would be negligent to let them run the risk of breaking down again.
They are employed by Palace.

Roy is bl**dy brilliant ,he saves us from relegation season after season, who do you want Pardew,Vieira (who downed tools) or that Dutch *******.

No I want someone who makes and picks a team from the best available resources- Roy didn’t do that today, he played his favourites and it backfired..!!

It’s that simple - surely you can see that..!!

Olise was fit - why not play him from the start - why wait - we’ve been crying out for his return all season..!!

If Decoure is fit enough for the bench then play him - why play a sub standard Hughes..!!

Just doesn’t make sense..!!

Looking at it positively, I’d rather lose an open reasonable game of football like that than a turgid depressing 0-1 defeat with no shots on target. Eze was excellent, Olise looks like he’s lost nothing even though you could’ve forgiven him not being sharp first game back coming on as a sub.
We’ve rode our luck in games recently, especially at selhurst, so this was bound to happen sooner or later.

How exactly have we 'rode our luck ?'. 1 win in 6 at home and again failing to beat teams (Fulham, Forest and Everton) who are no better !

Totally disgusted with the result.
I have been boiling, raging and steaming.

Only 1 win in 6 home games. One supposes one will hear pundits utter "Selhurst Park is a hard place to come to". Total and utter tommyrot.

We’re 2 full backs and a striker away from being a decent side . The frustration is that we’ve needed those three for 2 or 3 years now. We’ve got stronger in all other areas but our weakest links are still there. Until or unless we fill those positions we will continue to finish around 12th.

Apparently Roy did not want to buy Franca, so chooses not to play him. Only interested in defending, 0-0 is a good result and every now and then we will nick a goal for the win. Problem with Roy's tactics is there is no Plan B when we go a goal behind.

Time for the old fella to go I am afraid. Don't want more of this for the rest of the season.

I want to thank Joel Ward for all his work and effort ,and for not leaving for big money to Liverpool when they came calling
But he is done now, Lerma was so disappointing as well, up front We've been looking for a striker for 6 years as have many other teams in the Premier League. Edouard does seem clueless at times but he does try, Mateta is totally clueless.

There at least 9 teams in the Premier League looking for a striker, why don't we focus on Attacking midfielders who can score ?

See what happens against Luton away, a draw is not good enough it has to be a win as December fixtures are tough. Lose & Hodgson should go. Picking the same team over & over.
I’d rather see Ahamada or Franca or Ozoh given a chance !
Having Olise back & looking as good as before the injury was the best about today’s game.
Eze a delight to watch & Lerma worked extremely hard.
