Personally it strikes me as very odd that there are not more black managers in the game when you consider how many players are black. There's also some right snowflakes tumbling out of the woodwork with regard to his potential employment. Oh my god they might focus on us having a black manager. At least the media might actually focus on us rather than saving 10 seconds of air time to have sly digs at us. Half of Croydon is non-white, so maybe some positive media attention on a black man getting a senior management role would be hugely beneficial...even if it upsets those ironing their UKIP banners in Kent.
