Never said it was lovely dan, just urban, and theres the rub, its not the best part of Croydon, glad i don"t live that end, but its nowhere different than Islington, kilburn, even parts of Chelsea are rough as fcuk, worlds end estate ? Pimlico off lupus st is right next to dolphin square where mps and royalty live, but that estates rough as fcuk next door. Its all hypothetical thou, parts of Croydon are rough-so are parts of Kensington, and parts of Chelsea, but its safe as anywhere in the day to go shopping-if any shops are left after this pandemic and amason.

But are there any 'Feds' there?

Ha ha, plenty Jim, not a job I envy these days, usually young and a bit of a mix, usually in twos and threes, no problem with that, they dont pack anything more than some cs spray, unlike the big guns you have there!

Funny thing is, SKY and BBC give stuff like this minimal airtime, yet if a football player receives a racist tweet they actually wet themselves.

A long time ago I worked in shops in Croydon which had shoplifters coming in every day attempting to clear the shelves without the slightest concern about being seen.

All the shops have moved away from that high street now and there's a loss of community feel about the place.

Possibly the reason for my lack of sympathy with George Floyd and the anti-fa protest. Have some consideration for the poor kids on minimum wage who have to put up with that s***, day in, day out.

Then I moved away, and realised that that just doesn't happen in other places. I dont think many well meaning people from nice places get it.

This violence is horrific wherever it takes place.
I have no idea why stop and search isn't allowed whenever the Police want to do it.
Sad Dick Khan should step back on this one and i don't care what colour they are.
If you have a knife or a weapon on you that you shouldn't have then straight to a cell - no need to go to Court, 4 weeks, lose your job or your benefits.
These people - whoever they are just literally get away with murder and violence as they wish.
Croydon and its surrounds are going down the pan fast - s*** council doesn't help.
Poor victims and their families - what a world we live in - feckless youths.
Some posters are blaming the Conservatives for this - really - it really cannot be there fault but let's not make it political.
It is about humanity and in this case the lack of it - the death penalty would be worth having just to stop this kind of thing!

Unfortunately life is cheap now, it2s a race to the bottom, and will only get worse with the way the economy is going, all over the country!

These stabbing shave nothing to do with the economy and you know it.

They are most likely drug/gang related like pretty much all other stabbing.

They come from parents who come from African countries where life is cheap. Or one parent and a father they’re unaware of. That and it goes on in America so why not copy them.
