Awful timing this game. Very concerned we will be embarrassed, even though theyve won one home game all season. We are the gift that keeps on giving with these types of stats.

They are a busy, energetic team who will play round us with ease. The midfield will be totally overpowered. I never predict us to lose so no prediction.. but worried for us in this game.

It is certainly encouraging to see a lot more positive noises coming from the youth set up. Hopefully a few of those youngsters will progress to the first team squad in years to come.

The most encouraging aspect for me was the statement of a change in philosophy to a more attack-minded approach, which suggests that the club will be appointing a manager with a similar approach when Hodgson goes.

I'm trying not to think about the game too much as it's making me feel queasy!

Put it this way- I'm strongly considering adding Maupay into my fantasy football this week!

Obviously I hope we can find a way to put the last two performances behind us. I think the only chance we have to get something out of the game is to play 3 in central midfield to protect the defence and just pray for a 0-0 or a piece of magic from Eze.

Apparently Roy has just said injury situation may be worse as some have picked up knocks in training ffs, what the hell do we do in training. Serious questions need to be asked

Shape, shape, shape, distances, when the opposition are in possession.
Just give it to Zaha when we DO have the ball !!!!

Just a bit of frivolity !

Do you happen to know if Wilf will be back for the Brighton or if not, the vital Fulham clash?

Any names?
I'd be loath to suggest some players are feigning injury. Some recent non-performances have alerted me to possible cynical motivations by certain players though.

We have several players who are unhappy and won't be renewing. Good riddance really, the difficulty is we can't afford to replace and they're playing like they dont care.

Hodgson said today that the medical staff were reluctant to put a date on Zaha’s return.
Could be a game of bluff, but it doesn’t sound he will be ready for a game four days away.
In which case a draw may be the best we can hope for.
Mcarthy has rejoined training so at least could be a midfield option.

We are shocking atm and have been getting worse for quite some time.

The players are no longer playing for our manager and the occasional point or three does not paper over the huge cracks that have been evident since towards the end of last season.

A victory to the Weed by at least two clear goals (sadly).

Hodgson should’ve gone after the Burnley debacle, with a caretaker manager installed from within (Dougie/Derry/McCarthy - take your pick) and the new manager appointed in due course, as soon as practicably possible.
