That’s what happens to some spoilt people. Compass is permanently fvcked. Call it wealth (all of it) distribution, unknowingly. They’ll never lose. History says otherwise. Mayor Khan is complaining that he should have been invited to today's COBRA meeting chaired by Boris. I think his input would be invaluable especially in the health adverts that the government is putting out. Khan could ensure all diverse groups are represented in the campaign and the posters don't show women in skimpy outfits. Someone should tell Khan not to play politics at times like this. Hold on apparently he was invited at the last moment but as his chauffeur driven limousine couldn't do more than 20mph he missed it.

Khan's solution 'Let's share the Coronavirus - diversity is a strength. Invite all of Wuhan over and hold hands. We can all live, die or sneeze together: a virus will not divide us'.

I forgot to mention he is really concerned about the colour of the tissues that people are using we can't just have white we need to reflect our modern society.

Pretty much finished stocking my cupboards yesterday also have 6 months worth of wild boar in the freezer, should the mad panic reach me out here (and people are already starting to panic buy) I can quite happily sit this one out. Never forget supermarkets operate on a just in time basis to restock their shelves & most people have at best 3 days worth of food to fall back on, if the supply chain breaks down with people having to self isolate, you can go from eating well to f***ed pretty quick. Ask yourself do you have enough food to feed yourself should the supply chain slow down/stop?
The mountains are calling & I must go. |

Edited by Rudi Hedman (02 Mar 2020 11.52am) With some exceptions It would be nice if someone's wealth was in relation to their positive value to society. But we have the financial sector instead.....Said, of course, in the full knowledge that it is vital. Just full of the worst swine out there who haven't been locked up.

Agreed, but if you start locking up bankers then banks stop lending to govts.

Anybody flying should check your flight status on a regular basis. I am 2 weeks away from flying to Singapore and Singapore airlines is now cancelling flights around that time although my flight is still on for the moment. BA and Easyjet have release press statement but they are all doing it so don't assume you are okay. Good luck.
