DoY's legal team seems to be conducting a rather tenuous 'defence'. Not sure about US law, but in the UK an illegal contract is useless. So what the DoY's legal team are saying, is because some settlement may have been reached with Epstein, this means that the Duke cannot have a civil case brought against him for statutory rape. in the UK this would be thrown out. Regardless of the delaying tactics of whether papers were served,....this case will proceed. Justice must prevail Forest, regardless of title, a nonce is a nonce! Randy was always known as a pompous sort, he was his mothers favourite apparently, not so sure if he is now. He spoke of the" duchess" in that interview, being in the pizza place- he must think people really buy in to that titled nonsense!

How about times does the bloke have to say it, he was in a Pizza Express in Woking that night! He distinctly remembers enjoying a meat feast that night. All jokes aside, I wonder who else is getting let off the hook, while the focus is solely on Prince Andrew.

It seems that even in 2021, with telegrams and letters, phones, both mobile and landline, the best police service in the world on guard, and 24 hour news reporting everything and anything, his royal highness has not been able to be reached to serve a legal notice! He must be the only person in the land who , between our police service, and security services, can"t be found! Thank god for the high court, they are going to contact his highness- should have just gone to them in the beginning!

I wonder how the complainants costs are mounting up? Andrew cannot be extradited, it is civil.

Our High Court is very adept when it comes to serving our interests. Extraditing, rendering, serving papers favours wink wink it serves the United States well, not us. And of course the United States reciprocates. Er, no, it jolly well doesn't.

It's frustration with the legal process that led to my career as a serial killer.
