You don't expect to win away to Spurs but it was the nature of the defeat that annoyed me.

We made no effort to attack at all until we were 2-0 down.
Utterly pathetic.

If Townshend could play for ten minutes with a damaged hand then why not ninety?

Batshyui was useless at holding the ball up and should be benched.
We showed too much respect in a game that was effectively a free hit.

At least no one will buy Wilf and AWB on that performance

I agree 100%. He has to start next game. Bats is not for us

He's been reading the Lee Chapman Book of Offside Avoidance methinks.

Talk about park the bus. No ambition whatsoever. You'd think wilf would have wanted to put on a good show in a game like that, but even he didn't look like he could be bothered.

Get a grip. It was men against boys out there, we were completely outplayed the same way they outplayed Liverpool in the second half on Saturday.
Just except the fact they are a lot better than us and played at the top of their game tonight.

Dont think so they were on cruise control and hardly broke a sweat. Wake upand smell the coffee. We were very poor you have to admit that.

It’s just so dull to watch. We’ve had some very good times with Roy and you get the impression he’ll always keep us up somehow but when it’s bad under him, it’s very very bad.

Our outlook tonight was pure negativity from the start and we should have lost by more.

is that A POSITIVE !

I agree we were absolutely awful. I wanted to scream watching the game. But they were just a much better team tonight and swarmed all over us when we had the ball. Il just be glad when this season is over.

I'm afraid Hodgson team selection and tactics were questionable once again, in addition, I don't for the life of me understand why he plays Wilf centrally, he's a blooming winger put him out on the chalk and let him do what he's good at.

It will be more of the same next year under Hodgson.

He cannot, or will not change his ways.

We will continue to be rubbish at home.

We will continue to pick up enough points away from home to stay up.

We will continue to go to Spurs away, and only actually get on the front foot and try to take them on, when we are 2-0 down.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Did I miss something as to why Townsend was on the bench? Seems an odd decision. From what I saw it was a very forgettable game, which has been the case for may of our games of late. We seem to be ending the season as we started it, which is disappointing. On a very small budget Roy has made us competitive, but he does seem increasingly incapable of changing things when we're behind. Against Huddersfield he made a half-time tactical switch and it paid off, but when we go behind that seems to be it in 90% of games. I'm curious as to what the club's plans are for the next step, as obviously Roy is not a long-term option. I don't expect that we'll end with much more than 40-45pts each season unless we put some serious money into transfers, but I would like a bit more entertainment.

What a load of *£#€ ! Why does Roy never change the team earlyier we offered nothing in that game passing backwards sideways any where but forwards ! I hope this season ends FAST !
