This all gets a bit complicated. If you referred to a black cab driver in an insulting way the level of offence would depend on if you meant the driver of a black cab or a cab driver who is black. Good point, "coloured woman" or "woman of colour" one is offensive the other is not (for now).

They need to get a life. Oh, most of them are so young their lives haven’t started yet (left full time education), or they’ve never lived among normal people or in jobs they don’t have time to think this shyte through every day.

Recognising that racism is quite often about how minorities are treated has set me thinking about the small group of ladies who constituted Hill's Angels. The Parody was Monty Python's Hell's Grannies. I wonder if those items have ever been googled by Sky presenters or editors.

Sky absolutely loving it today. They can spend all day on Raheem Sterling and Danny Rose getting monkey noises last night.
It seems that some eastern European countries still find it funny to abuse people for their ethnicity. I would suggest, as I have before, that zero reaction would be the best response. These people need to be ignored like you would ignore a badly behaved child at a restaurant. They like the attention so starve them of it.

I thought Raheem's reaction on scoring and post-match interview were superb. He is turning into a really mature young lad, especially after the abuse he has had to try and contend with, both here and abroad. Why the f*ck he shouldn't be allowed to react to clear racist abuse in 2019 is beyond me. Racist abuse in 2019 is news, whether you like it or not. And the fact you've put 'racism' speaks volumes btw.

I am not clear why these folks (Sterling etc) needs to learn to `live with it` as zero reaction would be asking this. It is no different than ladies abused on street after a nightclub fun and being suggested to have no reaction to these assaults? Why don`t we call this as `some eastern European countries are obsessed with black people`? I don`t see this issue as `only few idiots in stadium` I am simply not fun of political correctness for race and sex related items and also don`t like media dramatizing it everyday but also for me, it is not a topic that should be ignored.

As I have said, giving people exposure is what they enjoy. You don't make monkey noises at a football ground unless you want lots of people to hear it. The best response is to starve these sort of people of the oxygen of attention that they crave.

The key question is the best way to deal with it. Since jailing hundreds of people for making childish noises seems a little impractical. A more sensible approach is required.
