Does he not want to come or is it agent spin to try and drive a better deal for the player and his representative? It would be a fair assumption that Inter want rid of him, they appear keen on Daniel Sturbridge, therefore could you blame him, or his agent, for looking to obtain the best deal possible in what will likely be his last major transfer? I don’t believe this transfer is dead.

I don't believe a player would insist on going to a particular club just because of who the manager is, at least not if it's somewhere like Zenit. Mancini could be out on his arse in a few months and they could hire someone s***. Where would he be then?

To be fair, the provenance of the rumours surrounding allegations that he doesn’t want to come seem to be about the same level as the rumours that we are after him at all. I think the rumour is fine, as long as it comes with a huge pinch of salt. I am not going to get too excited by it.

Has apparently said that he isn't going anywhere unless it's a club of the same level as Inter, and on that basis supposedly has knocked back Palace, two Chinese clubs and also Zenit St P. Now we're presumably supposed to believe that Eder is so stupid that he thinks his chances of getting a move to somewhere he supposedly likes - where would that be then? Borussia Dortmund? Manchester United? Paris St G? - will be enhanced by his sitting on the bench and not playing rather than by getting his boots on and starting every week. And we were previously told that he wanted to go to Zenit and wouldn't entertain anyone else. A further cascade of turds hurtling along in this tsunami of bulls***.

IMO someone who's got the hump about being on the bench at Inter who want to replace him with a player made of glass and would prefer to live in Russia than the home counties is one to chalk off list.
