Anyway, slippery slope...

This subject has many facets. People without blinkers on might be able to see that.

Reasonable logic.

Of course if we applied the same logic to Black slavery, that would be rejected because it's a white person thing for which we are all supposed to carry shared guilt and blame forever, according to some.

I don't feel guilty for slavery. I do think that there is some collective responsibility from nations that profited from slavery to maybe to take responsibility for some of the consequences and look towards improving the opportunities of those who are the descendants of slavery (such as inner city educational programs etc).

Does this include African nations?

I'm illustrating the point that we can rationalise anything if we try hard enough but the fact is that as a White British person I'm angry when a significant numbers of immigrants come here and start raping young British girls. It's that simple.

And then you have people with self interest telling us that it is all being used to fuel right wing propaganda and we should be more concerned about that. This is all the more ironic as this is exactly the kind of reason why people spoke out against mass immigration in the first place and were accused of being bigots and paranoid.

I think countries should acknowledge what's happened in the past and not repeat mistakes.
Of course for the descendants of those on the receiving end, it forms part of their heritage / identity so it's not as easily brushed away.

If that includes African nations then I'm in full agreement

It includes ALL nations. Why would you think I'd think any different?

Back to Muslim paedos...

Given that data I provided shows convictions of Asian paedophiles is roughly in line with the Asian demographic of population at around 7%, but it is true that they feature more predominantly in one type of paedophile modus operandi, do you think that the fact stories involving Muslim paedos are more prevalent in the media creates a false common enemy for everyone to hate whilst under the radar people aren't noticing their civil rights eroded?

You mean the data that was 10 years out of date?

Not ten. I'm sorry the census isn't held more often.

Not much use then when talking about stuff that happened in the last few years.
